A seasoned business executive with over three decades of global Operations leadership experience. Known for his ability to integrate operational strategy with fiscal discipline, Michael has consistently driven organizational transformation, M&A integration, and sustainable growth in private sector companies.
As founder and principal at Major Consulting, Michael spearheads client consulting initiatives,
leading and establishing bespoke operational excellence programs as well as establishing project management best practices in companies as cornerstones of driving profit goals. Under
his leadership, the business has achieved notable revenue growth and continues to differentiate
client operations and client satisfaction.
Previously, Michael held executive roles, including Interim CEO and COO roles at 2 Canadian
consulting firms. Global operations leadership roles in MEA, Canada, Asia Pacific and Australia,
where Michael has been accountable for P&L, health and safety, as well as establishing Project Management offices and centres of excellence. He is well-respected in the Industrial Automation space for successfully delivering complex, high-stakes projects internationally.
Michael holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland and is a Certified Electrical Engineer and Master International Project Manager. He is an advocate for leadership development, mentorship, and workplace equality. When not focused on strategic operations, Michael enjoys golfing, hiking with his family, and keeping fit.

With a strong foundation as an entrepreneur and decades of hands-on experience in large-scale construction projects across North America, Gareth brings a proven track record in delivering complex capital builds, most notably SoFi Stadium, Allegiant Stadium, and the MSG Sphere in Las Vegas.

Gareth specializes in project execution, schedule management, and financial oversight, with a focus on aligning field operations with design and stakeholder objectives. His leadership ensures seamless coordination among engineers, architects, and on-site teams, fostering accountability, high team retention, and efficient project delivery.

From managing multi-client integrations to overseeing teams of up to 90 specialized technicians, he delivers results through strategic planning, technical acumen, and a collaborative, solutions-driven approach.

With over four decades of experience in administrative leadership, Arlene Rider brings exceptional organizational strength, attention to detail, and executive-level support to Major Consulting. As a Business Manager, Arlene plays a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency across the firm, drawing on her extensive background as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager.

Throughout her career, Arlene has supported C-suite executives, coordinated complex travel and scheduling logistics, managed high-volume communications, and optimized administrative systems to enhance productivity. Before joining Major Consulting, she led office operations for national service-based companies, where her ability to streamline processes and support business growth was widely recognized.

At Major Consulting, Arlene is the backbone of day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination across projects, supporting client communications, and managing internal systems with precision and care.
